Affiliate Program Terms

Any V1be Check account holder can join the affiliate program from their dashboard and receive a unique referral link. By participating you agree to these terms.

You earn 40% of every payment made by a customer you refer, for the lifetime of that customer’s subscription, for as long as the program and that subscription remain active. Commission is calculated on the amount actually paid to V1be Check (excluding taxes, refunds, and disputed amounts). Rates and structure may change prospectively (see “Changes”).

Customers who sign up through your referral link get 50% off their first month when they subscribe. The discount applies once, to the first paid month, and is applied automatically at checkout. Because commission is calculated on the amount actually paid, your commission on that discounted first month is based on the reduced amount, then returns to the full rate on every payment after. This benefit may change prospectively (see “Changes”).

Referrals are tracked by a cookie set when someone follows your link, on a 60-day, last-touch basis: the most recent affiliate link clicked within 60 days before sign-up is credited. One referral is recorded per referred account. Self-referrals — referring your own account — are not eligible.

Payouts are handled by Stripe Connect. You must create and verify a connected Stripe account (Stripe collects your identity, bank, and tax details directly). Earned commission accrues until your account is enabled for payouts, then transfers automatically. We do not store your bank details. You are responsible for any fees or requirements imposed by Stripe or your bank.

If a payment that generated a commission is later refunded, charged back, or disputed, the corresponding commission is reversed — clawed back from your balance or from a future or already-completed transfer. You will not be paid commission on payments that are not ultimately collected.

Promote V1be Check honestly. Do not spam, make false or misleading claims, bid on our trademarks in paid search, use deceptive redirects or cookie-stuffing, or imply you are V1be Check. We may withhold or reverse commission and remove you from the program for abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms or any law.

You are solely responsible for any taxes on commission you earn. Stripe collects the tax information it requires (e.g. a W-9 or equivalent) during onboarding, and tax forms are issued as required by law. We do not provide tax advice.

We may change, suspend, or end the program — or your participation in it — at any time. Material changes apply prospectively. On termination, commission already earned on collected payments will be paid out subject to these terms; future commission stops.
